Prince Kofi Amoabeng is a Ghanaian businessman and a former military officer of the Ghana Armed Forces. He began his career in the Ghana Armed Forces in April 1975 and was commissioned as a lieutenant in November 1975.

Kofi Prince Amoabeng finds fulfilment in helping young Africans and business leaders bring their best selves to work and is dedicated to empowering young Africans to develop human-centric leadership skills.

As the founder and former Group CEO, Prince Kofi Amoabeng explains how through his foundation called PKM Mobility Leadership, he is creating African leaders with a revolutionised mindset. Through his school visits, organisational workshops and entrepreneurship sessions, he inspires others by sharing his experiences from both business and the military.
