WHY OWNERSHIP MAKES YOU MORE PROFESSIONAL!!

-As leaders, accepting responsibility (ownership) for everything within your sphere of influence gives you credibility.
-Passing the blame and not taking ownership will make you look flaky and unprofessional.
-No one will want to deal with someone who is always passing the blame onto others.
-Accepting the blame will give you credibility and make you more approachable. People don’t want to work with people who do not accept responsibility for their actions. People also don’t want to work with a leader who does not take responsibility for their team.
-When you are constantly taking time to figure out what caused a problem so that you can make the workplace better, you are making it so people feel like they can make mistakes without being smacked in the face!

TAKING OWNERSHIP IS A BASIC REQUIREMENT IF YOU WANT TO BE A LEADER AND CREATE INFLUENCE WITH OTHERS!!!

There is no middle ground here. If you want to be a leader, either take ownership or find something else to do. People who pass the blame create a toxic workplace.
