Louisiana youth entrepreneur craft show held in Madisonville [Video]

Some of our smallest neighbors are showcasing their biggest ideas Satuday, as Market Munchkins opens at the Madisonville Park. The idea for the kid craft fair was born last year by Max Glassman, who wanted to start a lemonade stand in his community. He and his mother, Bridget, put out the call for others to get involved, and 75 young entrepreneurs signed up.This year, Market Munchkins is now an official nonprofit, boasting 125 vendors who all plan to give a portion of proceeds to charity. Bella, with the Brave Bella Bead Co. is one of the kids taking part. The 12-year-old started making bracelets roughly 2 years ago to raise money to help pay for her braces. “Once I started selling my bracelets, I immediately got my braces deposit.
