🙋🏽 Jeanette Cheah is the co-founder and CEO of HEX, a leading EdTech company that offers innovation and entrepreneurship programs for university students, high schoolers and upcoming talent. Launched in 2017, HEX now has a global presence across Australia, India, Singapore and Malaysia.

Before establishing HEX, she spent 14 years shaping inventive marketing and digital solutions for major corporations, including ANZ Bank, AXA, AMP and Origin Energy. She has represented Australia at the G20 Young Entrepreneurs Alliance held in Argentina and was one of the 40 Under 40 Most Influential Asian-Australians and the category winner for Entrepreneurship in 2021. Jeanette strongly believes in the transformative power of economic growth and strong leadership. Her passion for helping others to realize their potential, voice their ideas, and ultimately, transform their lives and careers led to the foundation of HEX.

🙋🏽 Kara Baxter is the visionary leader reshaping education. Armed with a Masters of Educational Leadership from the prestigious University of Melbourne, Kara’s expertise is second to none. From her days as a Past VCAA assessor to her tenure as Head of Teaching and Learning at Mentone Grammar, Kara has left an indelible mark on the educational landscape.

Currently as the Dean of Teaching and Learning at Strathcona Girls Grammar, Kara’s passion for innovation knows no bounds. Supplemented with her experience having participated in Wade Institute’s UpSchool education program, Kara has developed a knack for leveraging educational technology, and redefining the classroom experience!
