A Gold Coast trophy home built by entertainment entrepreneurs Billy and Jackie Cross has hit the market.

The couple sold their Broadbeach Waters mansion, inspired by the bright lights of LA, to corporate heavyweights Evonne and James Collier for $12.4 million in 2021.

Three years later and the Colliers have decided to sell the Monaco St property.

The property, at 297-299 Monaco St, is set to go to auction on July 1 via Amir Mian of Amir Prestige Group.
