🚀 3 things I would have done earlier in business:
1️⃣ Hire incredible mentorship. When should you do this? At the beginning! The moment you have an idea or decide to get into business, get the skills you need.
2️⃣ Outsource. Take back your time and focus on your zone of genius as an entrepreneur. Outsource everything that isn’t. Do this as soon as you have the additional cash flow to support it.
3️⃣ Systematize, systematize, systematize. Every time you create an event or make social media content, put a system around it. If you truly want to outsource and delegate, you need to have systems in place.
